- HSS Material: made of HSS-Co(HSSM35) material imported from Japan,hardness reaches HRC64-65,high hardness, brass key and iron key can all be cut, good wear resistance, durable.
- Black TiAlN coated process: high hardness coating, good friction properties can reduce cutting, coating hardness 3500HV, wear resistance increased by 50%, comprehensively beyond yellow Titanium coating cutter.
- Carbide Material: Solid carbide, the hardness reaches HRA92.5 or above, quite high hardness. The cutting edge is sharp,specially for hard keys.Much longer lifetime.
- Production process: Using full CNC grinding technology, with sharper tip so as to cut the key easier. The cut key is smooth and burr-free.
